About me

My experience in the current position, for nearly four years now, has afforded me the opportunity to build a complex and thorough understanding regarding storage technologies, more specifically the Dell EMC Unity Array and to participate in becoming an SME for our new product: Dell PowerStore. Both my attitude and aptitude have made me one of the most solicited Points of Contact for my colleagues, customer and other Dell EMC Teams. Not just for Unity related queries but also for other technologies, and other aspects which require soft skills, such as customer communication and alternative solutions in general, as people seem me as a “Fixer of Everything”, always try to find a solution for everything.
